Protocol Description
The standard 4-week titration schedule. Month 1: 2.5mg weekly. Month 2: 5.0mg weekly. Month 3: 7.5mg weekly. Month 4: 10.0mg weekly. Month 5: 12.5mg weekly. Month 6: 15.0mg weekly (Max).
